The Brandon’s Buddies Foundation is dedicated to lovingly supporting children battling cancer through the gift of a stuffed animal buddy and by providing financial assistance to their families.
This non-profit charity began as a way to honor the life of a very special young man, Brandon Koontz. At the tender age of 5, Brandon was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma, a childhood cancer. Brandon bravely fought this disease for 5 years before his passing on October 3, 2009. Throughout his battle, Brandon touched the lives of many.
Brandon’s bravery, hope, and strength have inspired us to reach out to the children and families who are dealing with and living with this disease. So, for Brandon and for the children fighting everyday, his “buddies,” we dedicate our work to you.
